1	lb	Butter
1	lb	Velveeta
4	lb	Powdered Sugar
1	c	Cocoa
1	ts	Vanilla
1	c	Nuts, chopped

Melt cheese and butter. Add vanilla and combine well. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa. Add melted mixture and nuts. Blend well and spread evenly in 2 9 x 13" pans. Cool and cut as desired. By Jack Elvis on Jul 24, 1997
